Bitrefill Internship program:
We’re launching an unorthodox Internship program and are looking for ambitious and proactive people who are eager to create wonders with us and learn along the way!
You’ll get real-life work experience in your field and will be encouraged to roll up your sleeves, get things done and learn along the way.
You will join a driven, ambitious, and inspirational team where crypto is money for everyday use, so you’ll also get great education on everything involving cryptocurrency.
3 Internship openings:
Developer internship – 6-months full-time paid
Operations internship – 6-months full-time paid
Legal & Compliance internship – 1-month full-time paid

1. Developer Internship
This is a 6-months internship
Requirements:
Studies and/or experience with frontend, backend, fullstack, mobile dev—or other cool skills
Experience with: vanilla JS, Node.js, TypeScript, React, React Native, or MongoDB (depending on your field).
Agility when it comes to workflows. Teams work in an agile environment where serendipity is how we find our way forward.
Be hungry to learn, fast to execute, do a lot with little, and care strongly about our product and users
Interest and understanding of bitcoin and cryptocurrencies is not required but is definitely a plus!
Responsibilities:
Working with the team on UX, functionality and speed of our app and platform
Be involved in supplier integrations, Lightning, Bitcoin and cryptocurrency services.
Building and deploying new code, features and products, as well as maintaining old code
Support our customer service team in technical support requests and tools
2. Legal & Compliance Internship:
This is a 1-month internship
Requirements:
Attention to detail
Organization skills
Eagerness to learn
Interest around compliance and contracts
Legal or Compliance background isn’t required but is a plus!
Responsibilities:
Contract mapping and organization
Handle KYC and KYB processes
Other legal and compliance tasks
3. Operations Internship:
This is a 6-months internship
Requirements:
1+ year of Operations experience – this includes experience at a student organization, startup, conference, volunteer group or other fast-paced and slightly chaotic environments 😉
Good organization skills with attention to detail
Proactiveness and good social skills
Good communication skills
Multi-tasking abilities
AI tools familiarity
Responsibilities:
Various organizational research projects
Helping us keep internal knowledge organized and easy to find
Assisting with planning and operations for our team retreats
Supporting HR Operations tasks including onboarding and admin tasks
