What are we looking for?

Bachelor’s, master’s, or PhD degree – preferably
Academic background in areas such as: Engineering, Management, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Communication, Human Resources, Law, Mathematics, Data Analytics, among other areas
Willingness to build a greener future and contribute to a better tomorrow
Self-awareness and an open mind to new ideas and challenges
Curiosity, confidence and efficiency in problem-solving
Courage and willingness to embrace change
Collaborative spirit combined with excellent communication skills
